Like many people, I used to lead a busy life multi-tasking between work and family and often neglecting myself. Grabbing a ready meal, hopping into the car for a short distance, collapsing on the sofa of an evening. You know exactly what I mean.

As each year passed, I saw that I was not living life to the full so I enrolled on a course primarily to learn what I should be doing for myself but realised that I had the skills, knowledge and experience to help others to lead the kind of life I now enjoy.

Believing that everyone can live a healthy life and listening to what you want, I will design an exercise programme for you. I will encourage and motivate you, pushing as much as required but – bottom line – only you can achieve and enjoy a healthy life. I can’t do that for you.

There are no barriers to exercising as all activities can be adapted so if you have a medical condition; are mature; pregnant or recently had a baby please contact me for an initial discussion. I hold industry recognised qualifications in Personal Training, Pilates, Functional Training for Older Adults and Pre- and Post-Natal Exercise Prescription.
