Never has it been so important for us to live a healthy lifestyle. Work out on your own, with a friend or in a small group. Fitness can be fun!

In the busy lives that we lead today we have three main enemies – sugar, processed foods and lack of exercise. Processed foods are enemy number two. They may be quick and easy but are generally loaded with added sugars and fats to make them more palatable. Even the quick method of cooking them – microwaving – causes further damage to the food.

You need to eat sufficiently as starving yourself equals ‘starvation mode’ whereby your body holds onto all of the BAD fats. For despite articles in many magazines, fat is good. Fat is needed in everyones diet but the type of fat and the quantity eaten is crucial. Your muffin top is probably caused, at least in part, by eating muffins and other such cakes and pastries.

Current guidelines for exercise are to undertake a minimum of 30 minutes of activity daily. However, this does not have to be done at once so a brisk 10 minute walk at lunchtime will count towards your daily total. Resistance training (also known as weight or strength training) can also help in holding back the clock, increase bone density and reduce the risk of osteoporosis.

Having read this I believed it was very informative.
I appreciate you spending some time and effort to put this informative article together.
I once again find myself personally spending a lot of time both reading and leaving comments.
But so what, it was still worthwhile!
