Pilates

Pilates will tone and strengthen your entire body, elongate your muscles and improve your posture and flexibility. Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise for all ages and fitness levels.

In addition to my Pilates qualification, I am also qualified in pre- and post-natal exercise and functional exercise for older adults so can adapt a Pilates session to your needs.

The results of Pilates were most recently highlighted by Pippa Middleton who, allegedly, attributes her pert bottom to Pilates. Everyone can do Pilates.
